The Communications team at Kimberly-Clark is responsible for
internal and external initiatives, including everything from
strategy, messaging and materials development to research, analysis
and implementation across a wide range of locations and media.

Communications Directors provide leadership in the
development, direction and implementation of Kimberly-Clark
communications strategies and plans in support of business,
regional, functional and/or enterprise initiatives. In this
capacity, you may use your keen business knowledge and
understanding of business areas to direct efforts across multiple
units of the company.
Kimberly-Clark Communications Managers supervise teams of
communications professionals to support the achievement of
functional, business, regional and/or enterprise results. In this
capacity, you may be required to have a strong understanding of the
business area(s) for which you are responsible, ensuring that
strategies and initiatives deliver results that directly impact
defined business goals.
Communications Consultants are responsible for the
development and implementation of global communications strategies
and plans to support the internal and external communication needs
of our business units and/or functions. Your work may help give our
leadership what they need to keep employees engaged, manage change
and enhance the reputation of Kimberly-Clark worldwide.
Kimberly-Clark Communications Professionals support and
coordinate strategy development and implementation, identifying
issues that could impact key regions and areas of the business. You
may also be responsible for the execution of communications
programs and materials for communications across multiple media
(including Web sites, social media, presentations, videos, news
releases, correspondence, etc.).
Communications Coordinators support programs for employees
and leaders, including stories, messages, presentations, events,
news releases, videos, correspondence and more. In this capacity,
you may also conduct research, providing analyses and metrics to
improve the impact and effectiveness of Kimberly-Clark
Communications Specialists support the development and
implementation of key Kimberly-Clark communications, helping to
identify and manage issues, and develop, support and prepare key
material for projects, news releases, position statements,
brochures, Web sites and other communications vehicles.
Communications Associates assist in the implementation of
internal and/or external communications initiatives and tasks,
including Web site monitoring and maintenance, content development
and research/analysis, as needed.
